About Us

We serve the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) and Oklahoma City areas.

Frieson Professional Services was established in 2021 with the purpose of catering to the needs of the community by providing an array of notary & fingerprinting services.  Frieson Professional Service has the expertise, knowledge and experience to handle your most confidential documents with quality and care.  We serve the DMV (District of Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia) and Oklahoma City areas.  


With special focus on Notary Services and Finger Printing we developed a unique, professional, and friendly process to efficiently provide mobile notary and finger printing service throughout the state of Maryland, Northern Virginia, DC and Oklahoma City area. 


We can provide you with any real estate, business, and or personal notary and finger printing needs including oaths, certified copies, closing facilitation, trusts, deeds, Power of Attorney, I-9 verification, & Ink & Roll (Card) finger printing!  


Our strategy has always centered around building key relationships to generate a stream of repeat satisfied customers. 


Our experts are available to come to any public location of your choice or provide Remote Online notarizations.

Shawncie Carpenter | CEO, Founder

I am a retired Air Force member that has over 30 years of Customer Service Experience and professionalism. I am a commissioned Maryland and Virginia notary, a National Notary Association Certified Loan signing, LSS Loan Signing Agent as well as a licensed Maryland Title Producer Insurer Independent Contractor (TIPIC). I take pride in my customer’s quality over quantity. I believe in building longevity relationships. I provide a timely, and professional signing with status updates.  I am detail oriented for completeness of work and accuracy of signatures. 

I have a background in customer service, healthcare, and process improvement which cultivates my characteristics such as integrity, proficiency, and reliability. My goal is to guide clients through their documents and provide a pleasant experience in a location that is convenient for them. I have been a Public Notary since June 2021. I have conducted mobile notaries and fingerprinting (manual cards) since August 2022. 

I am National Notary Association trained and background screened. Our company looks forward to providing an "Exceptional Customer Experience.”

I am a commissioned and bonded Oklahoma notary. i have been in customer service industries since I was fifteen.  I believe in quality customer service and professionalism.  My background lives in taking care of people.  My goal is to make sure our clients are pleased with my notary service in a convenient, flexible way.
